Purchases

Purchases in FARUSONE apps are made through Google Play and charged to your Google account. Which app offers what is listed under "Products".

Find a purchase

Your purchases are listed in your Google Play order history. Each order has a number that starts with GPA.

Unlocking and restoring

A purchase belongs to the Google account you bought it with. On a new phone, sign in to Google Play with that account. How a purchase is restored in a specific app is described in its section below.

Refunds

You can request a refund for a Google Play purchase from Google Play, see Google Play refund help. If a purchase does not work, email us with the order number, so we can help.
